Guidelines as of Tuesday 7th December 2021
Please note the following which will be in place from Tuesday, December 7th
- A COVID pass is NOT required to stay in our hotels, HOWEVER it is required in dining areas.
- We encourage all guests to produce their COVID pass and ID at the time of check in. This will support our teams in ensuring that wait times are kept to a minimum during your stay.
- Dining is now restricted to a maximum of 6 adults per table (maximum of 15 when including children aged 12 and younger). This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
- Only table service is available during this time.
Please Note: Connacht Hotel Residents: A COVID pass IS NOT required for use of the pool, however IS required for use of our gym facilities.

Our commitment to cleanliness and wellbeing
We have a long-standing commitment to rigorous cleaning procedures which are now being expanded with COVID-19 protocols – many of which are already in place, and reflect the advice of the HSE and local public health authorities. Our Reception Areas
Reduced contact at check-in, touchless transactions, front desk screens, sanitiser stations, sanitised key-cards, paperless check-out.
Our Guest Rooms
Enhanced cleaning and sanitisation programme, reduction of in-room furnishings / high touch items, new laundry protocols.
Our Public Spaces & Facilities
Regular cleaning of high touch points, social distancing, pre-booking system for dining. Guests are required to wear a face covering in all public areas including the bar and restaurant.
Swimming Pool
Rigorous cleaning protocols of pool areas and changing rooms.
Food & Beverage
New standards and service approach to buffets, banquets, room-service and catering.
