I have worked in the hospitality industry since 1990, I was hooked from the start and knew I did not want to do anything else. For 30 years, it has always been fast paced, frenetic and at times chaotic even. I saw it as an Industry that would always provide opportunities to those that worked hard, and even in the downtimes there would be work available.
